Commissioned by a Pfizer pharmaceutical company to produce and create an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Tool – Online e-learning application: for FieldForce training. Using the ABPI code of practice, we draw essential information that sales force would be applying to there job role, to form a clear interface application tool for internal use only.
